Randy Byrd, President & CEO of The Byrd Group, brings more than 40 years of experience at the intersection of architecture, real estate, and dynamic environments. He has transformed marquee destinations from Times Square to Tampa’s Water Street by pairing design excellence with strategic monetization. Before launching Sensory Interactive in 2005, Randy honed his craft at The Rouse Company and Cooper Carry & Associates, experiences that fuel his trademark approach to revenue-generating placemaking. He holds a degree in Architecture and Environmental Design from Texas A&M University.
Chief Operating Officer
Noelle Byrd, Chief Operating Officer, blends legal acumen with financial strategy to accelerate Sensory Interactive’s Dynamic Real Estate® growth. For 11 years she has structured capital, mitigated risk, and set valuation benchmarks in the OOH/DOOH sector, ensuring every project balances bold vision with disciplined ROI.
Noelle holds a B.S. in International Relations & Politics from Carnegie Mellon University and a J.D. from American University’s Washington College of Law.

Roy Watson, Chief Development Officer, channels over 35 years of architecture and environmental-graphics expertise into revenue-driving digital platforms. Over the last five years at Sensory Interactive he has steered cross-disciplinary teams—architects, designers, and project managers—to transform mixed-use developments into immersive brand experiences. Roy fuses design vision with commercial strategy, turning physical spaces into high-performing assets.
Executive Director of Strategy; Sports & Partnerships
Bill Abercrombie leads Partnerships & Sports Development, leveraging 30+ years at the crossroads of sports, entertainment, and real estate to forge revenue-driving alliances. He has secured naming rights, district-wide sponsorships, and tech integrations for franchises such as the Atlanta Hawks and Tampa Bay Lightning, propelling venues like State Farm Arena and Amalie Arena to record fan engagement and financial performance. Bill’s leadership even helped the Lightning earn ESPN’s No. 1 overall franchise ranking, underscoring his knack for aligning property owners, leagues, and global brands. A Georgia Tech management grad with a Georgia State MBA, he remains active on industry and community boards—including Feeding Tampa Bay and the NHL Corporate Advisory Board.
Executive Director of Investments
Duncan Hutchins brings a decade of venture-capital experience into identifying and scaling high-growth opportunities. He previously sourced and closed early-stage climate-tech and future-of-work deals at Avesta Fund before steering new venture launches and market expansions at Sensory Interactive. A UNC–Chapel Hill graduate with an MBA in Finance & Entrepreneurship from Colorado Leeds, Duncan pairs rigorous analysis with founder empathy to turn bold ideas into durable returns. Outside the office, he serves as Finance Chair at First United Methodist Church in Boulder.
